IBS is a diagnosis of last resort. Do not talk yourself into believing that this is your issue without actual medical help. You need to go see your doctor to be tested for food allergies/sensitivities and even food intolerance such as Celiac Disease (which is commonly misdiagnosed as IBS), and have Chron's and other colitis forms ruled out. Self diagnosis is rarely correct. Go see a doctor and get a real answer to what is happening to you. go here for more information concerning celiac disease and how it is easily misdiagnosed as IBS: http://celiacdisease.about.com/od/symptomsofceliacdisease/a/IrritableBowel.htm

Good advice from Anama. You are obviously eating 'foods' you are intolerant of OR allergic to. Cup cakes are bad for a start. I suggest you change your avatar so that you are not reminded of junk food.
