in constipation, diarrhea, headache, water retention, or abdominal pain and
cramping. No one likes having irritable bowel syndrome. It is painful, uncomfortable

I had IBS well I guess I still have it but it doesn't really bother me anymore. IBS is a relative new condition,it was discovered among college athletes. A study was done and found that for years college football teams would have to deal with some of their players getting sick just before games. They found that these players would get very nervous or excited before games and have serious stomach pains but that they would originate lower on the body then that of a common stomach ache. Myself I started getting these pains when I worked at a very stressful job. The doctor first prescribed to me Zoloft and to increase my fiber intake. Well the study that was done with the college athletes and what I found to work the best was to reduce my stress and the increase in fiber. A colon cleanse can give you temporary relief but I think reducing the stress is the most important.
